To add a subscriber to a list:

1. Go to the administration page for the appropriate list.
2. If you’re not already logged in you will be asked for a password. (Located at R:\FORECAST\mailinglists\passwords.htm)
3. Enter the password and click on “Let me in…”.
4. Click on Membership Management
5. Click on Mass Subscription
6. Scroll down and enter email address of subscriber in text box
7. Scroll down
8. Click "Submit Your Changes" button

For a subscriber to add him/herself to a list:

1. Go to http://weather.smkmgt.com/mailman/listinfo/
2. Click on the list to join
3. At about the middle of the page enter your e-mail address
4. Enter any optional information that is appropriate
5. Make sure "Would you like to receive list mail batched in a daily digest" is checked "No"
6. Click on "Subscribe"
